Q: Why should I choose Flawless Aesthetic Clinic?

Q: How can I book a consultation?
Booking is available online. During the consultation I will discuss what it is you would like and possible treatment outcomes. I may even suggest alternative treatments to help you meet your expectations. Please be open minded, I am incredibly experienced and have one goal – to make YOU the youngest version of you with natural looking results.
Q: I don’t know what treatment to book can you help me?
Yes you’re torn between which treatment to book don’t worry just book a consultation even if you’ve been before – I will explain all of your options. It’s very common for people to change the treatment they had in mind during the consultation and assessment. I appreciate not everyone knows what they want and will work with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Q: I’m nervous! Do the injectable treatments hurt?
Most of the treatments are pain free. You will be offered topical anaesthetic to numb the treatment area within minutes so by the time comes you will feel only mild discomfort. The Dermal filler products also contain a local anaesthetic which numbs further once treatment has begun. Don’t forget that I deal with nervous clients on a day to day basis and will do everything to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. I have you covered – stress balls and chocolate is always on hand!
Q: Can you tell me what products you use?
At Flawless I use, Azzalure, Bocoture, Restylane or only safe and evidence based fillers for your treatments. I will review your features/lifestyle during your consultation and will use the product most suited to you for optimum results and longevity. I pride myself as a premium brand and therefore only use premium products.
Q: Will I bruise?
There is always a risk of bleeding and bruising with all cosmetic injections, as we are inserting a sharp needle into the skin, multiple times.
There are higher risk areas for bruising, such as around the eye (tear trough filler) and the lips. These areas are quite vascular and more often than not, a patient will bruise. Cheeks seem to be a lower risk area, but we can never 100% be sure you won’t, as the face is full of blood vessels. In particular areas of the face, I may use a “cannula”. This is a long, blunt-tip needle. It is often used with one entry point per side of the face with a sharp needle. So even though the cannula reduces the risk of piercing through vessels, there is also a risk with the introducer needle of bleeding and bruising.
To minimise the risk of bleeding and bruising, I recommend my patients to stop taking blood-thinning medications, if NOT under the direct care and prescription of their GP, 2 weeks before having filler. You may also wish to purchase Arnica cream, or tablets, which is healing and brings bruising out quickly. It is up to you, to make the decision, if you think Arnica will help. Applying ice post treatment will also cause vaso-constriction, helping the bruise to prevent bleeding into the tissue.
With regards to to how long the bruise will last – everyone is different. You might not bruise at all, you might bruise a little, or you might bruise badly. Generally, a bruise will last around 3-5 days, but we allow 2 weeks for bruising and swelling post filler and not to have treatment within 1 month of a special event, due to this risk.
Q: How long is the recovery time for your treatments?
Please allow up to 14 days for swelling or bruising to go down. If you have any concerns after 14 days please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Your prices seem slightly higher for some treatments than other clinics, can you price match?
No. I keep my prices as low as possible, however I use high quality products and you do get what you pay for. Cheaper clinics may use lesser known and therefore safety tested brands and or dilute wrinkle relaxation vials and use these for more than one person, making them less effective and the lot number untraceable if anything goes wrong.
Q: I can’t find a booking for the date I need, can you help me?
If your not able to find a booking on the system I am fully booked or closed on this date. Please search for another date to make your booking.
Q: Can I fly after having filler treatments?
The general advice is to wait a minimum of 48hrs before flying. It is very rare for complications to occur however in theses circumstances you would need to return to the clinic for an emergency reversal protocol. However, I advise all clients to have treatments at least 2 weeks before a holiday or special occasion to ensure everything is settled.
Q: I have made a booking on the system, are you able to squeeze my friend in at the same time?
No, all clients need to register to make a booking, pay a deposit and agree to my T+C’s online. My time slots are very limited and it’s not possible to squeeze two clients into one booking.
Q: I need to cancel my booking will I loose my deposit?
As per our T+C’s all booking fees payments are NON-REFUNDABLE unless you give adequate notice of 48 hours in the case of emergency it can be transferred to a re arranged appointment.
Q: I’m not able to attend my booking please can I reschedule?
If you wish to change the date of your booking I require a minimum of 72 hours notice. To make a change to your booking please log into the booking system.
Q: How old do you have to be for treatments without parental permission?
All clients must be 18 at the time of the treatment. Although some other clinics offer Dermal fillers to over 18’s it is my clinic policy that I only treat over 21’s. Anyone that looks under the age of 25 will be asked for ID.

Q: Can I bring my children?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children unattended on the premises. If you arrive with children you must bring along someone to supervise them or unfortunately you will be asked to leave without treatment. I apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
