With 16 years experience in the ageing and skincare sector, I have been to many courses, conferences and workshops along with practically dealing with many age related and skin health conditions.

I am a trained menopause prescriber and going through this myself I can give empathy and advice on oll areas of menopause.

I post educational pieces from time to time on my Facebook page and profile and also send out a monthly newsletter.
